Hooray for roomies!

Thursday all my roomies from SUU came to my house for a little Christmas party. I haven't seen most of them for 9 years! It was sooooo good to see them! Hopefully it won't be another 9 years before we get together again. We all found each other on facebook, except for one girl, Lexie. We spent the night eating some great food, playing pool, air hockey, and just chatting. I'm so excited to learn they are all up here now instead of down south. You'll never meet a greater group of freinds than these guys were to me during the short amount of time I was living in Cedar. All you roomies, in case you are reading this...I missed you guys!

For Thanksgiving we spent 4 days visiting relatives in Vegas. Some of the things we enjoyed:

*seafood buffet at Mandalay Bay (thanks again to Tina)

*us girls watching Twilight

*watching the water show at the Bellagio

*watching the lions at MGM Grand

*pie (Mari and I brought 10 pies!)

Thanks to all you fam who put up with us this last week. We had tons of fun!

Family in Vegas (well...some of them)

We stayed at my cousins condo while in Vegas. On Thanksgiving day, the day when ALL the family was together, I left my camera at the condo. I got pics of those that were left at Terry and MaryAnn's house before we drove home, but I'm totally bummed I don't have pics of everyone.
Bailee and her cute cousin, Cole, have become really good friends. She was so sad when we had to say goodbye on Sunday. The pic of them is when we were at the Jonas Brothers concert. Cole hung out with us the whole trip. Once when we were getting out of the elevator, he stood behind me and said, "ladies first!" I resonded,"thanks Cole. You're such a gentleman." He said,"yeah, but Damon didn't mind that rule." I guess he put Damon in his place. It doesn't hurt to take advice from a 7 yr old.!

Lions at MGM Grand

At MGM Grand they have lions in a glass cage that you can walk under. Yes, they are real and very cool! We found a cute spot to take pics outside of the cage.

Jonas Brothers

My awsome cousin, Tina, got us tickets to the Jonas Brothers at MGM Grand. We ended up leaving early because it was too loud for Trey and Bailee was upset that he couldn't be with her. Trey hung out in the hall with Damon. Damon said that Trey flirted with all the girls that walked past him. Irresistable!
